How do credits actually work?
Each systematic review consumes credits. Heavy reviews pull more than light ones, and every stage—from search to manuscript—draws from the same pool.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Work pauses until you have enough credits again. You can buy a prepaid credit pack, enable optional automatic refills in billing settings, or wait for your next monthly Premium grant.
How does the free trial work?
You get the trial credit allowance shown above for 7 days with a payment method on file. Cancel before the trial ends and you are not charged. Trial credits expire when the window closes.
Do unused credits roll over?
Trial credits expire after 7 days. Monthly subscription credits are tied to your billing period—use them within the month they are granted.
What is an automatic credit refill?
An optional setting—off by default—that automatically purchases a 1000-credit refill when you need more credits mid-review. You choose to turn it on and can turn it off anytime.
Is there yearly billing?
Not at launch. The available self-serve Premium plan is billed monthly. Contact us if you want to share future procurement requirements.
